Agisting at Able Oaks Ranch means treating your alpacas with the same loving care as I treat my own animals. Forage at Able Oaks Ranch includes a mixture of well-maintained pasture grasses that are green most of the year, and free choice always available. There are seven pastures through which the animals are rotated for plentiful grazing. The forage is supplemented daily with high-quality pellets and free choicevitamins and minerals to optimize breeding, gestation, lactation, maintenance and pet/gelding alpaca needs. There is plenty of shade, a large barn with fans, loafing sheds in the paddocks, and a nice breeze to provide comfort and protection from our hot Texas summers.
